1. Resident Code of Conduct

• No Alcohol/Substances: Consumption or possession of alcohol and illegal substances is strictly prohibited on the premises.
• Visitor Policy: Male visitors are allowed only in common areas. Female visitors are not permitted in the residential blocks. No overnight guests allowed.
• Quiet Hours: Residents must maintain silence between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM to respect others' privacy and rest.
• Notice Period: While we have a zero lock-in period, residents are required to give a 1-month prior notice before vacating the property.
