Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Security Deposit Refund

The security deposit is 100% refundable subject to the conditions outlined below.

• A mandatory notice period of 1 month must be served prior to vacating the accommodation.
• The room and provided furnishings must be left in good condition, accounting for normal wear and tear.
• All outstanding dues and utility bills for the duration of stay must be fully cleared.

2. Booking Cancellation

If a booking is cancelled prior to moving in, token advances may be subject to a standard deduction based on how close the cancellation is to the intended move-in date.
